Thaksin, the ousted Thai prime minister, is in Singapore on a four-day private tour, according to The Straits Times.
The paper quoted a spokesman for Singapore's Foreign Ministry as saying that Thaksin arrived here Friday and had no official engagement during his visit.
"What he does is personal to himself and we don't comment on personal matters," the spokesman said.
