The Lost of a Favourite Son

So Fandi has signed a coaching 3-year deal with the Johor FC…and S'pore has missed the chance of having its Favourite Son to coach the national team.

How much those across the Causeway value Fandi more than FAS here?

I'm really not too sure?

Maybe they think that Fandi is not worth the salt.

Well, they really need to THINK AGAIN…especially with the standards of Singapore team!

Shades of Ray – the Movie

Yesterday, over on the Sundance Channel, I managed to catch this great movie "Shades of Ray".

So what's this movie all about?

Well, about this single man of mixed parentage (Pakistani dad & Caucasian mom) who has been very conscious of his race since he was young. To aggravate the situation, his dad wants him to marry a Pakistani girl while he was already in relationship with a Caucasian girl. What the turn out in the end was pretty unpredictable!

What I learnt from this movie are:

• Not to focus much on our differences
  
• Not to conform to people's expectations unless they make me happy
  
• Follow my heart
  

So you wait for what? Go the movie lah….

Enter The Dragon
